Commercial Gas Service Engineer – Greater London

We are recruiting for a commercial gas service engineer, who will be:

  • - Covering the Greater London
  • - Providing service, maintenance and breakdown on commercial gas equipment (in commercial settings) – boilers, burners, radiant tube, direct and indirect fired equipment
  • - Working with schools and large industrial premises as well as offices
Preferred Skills
  • - Full commercial gas certification – i.e. COCN1 or equivalent, etc
  • - Good service and maintenance experience on commercial gas heating equipment and combustion
  • - Be able to pass a DBS check or have an existing one
  • - Be living in or around the London or M25 area
  • - Having domestic gas certs or any electrical certs would be beneficial but not essential

Pipe Fitter / Commercial Plumber Position

We would consider an Improver, Pipefitter or Commercial plumber with an understanding of heating LTHW systems, domestic hot and cold within the commercial and industrial plumbing arena. The Pipe Fitter must have experience and a proven background of Pipe fitting steel, Press fit Pipework and Plumbing. Setting out works and experience ordering materials would be an advantage as well as working to high standard ensuring the pipework is aesthetically pleasing.

It is expected that the Pipe Fitter / Commercial Plumber will hold formal plumbing qualifications or specific pipework or pipe fitting tickets. Gas Safe tickets (valid or expired) would be an advantage as well as a CSCS card.

  • - Experienced plumber or pipefitter with Pipe fitting steel, Press fit Pipework or commercial plumbing experience or Gas Safe with heating pipework installation experience
  • - Full driving licence
